You purchased the vehicle from us under the pretense that your Credit Union would give you a certain interest rate based on your relationship with them. However, your CU did not give you the rate that you thought they would so your payment increased. You blamed us for that increase and in your sales survey to Ford, you stated, that you wished you could rescind your vehicle purchase and give the vehicle back. We read that survey and called you to simply give you the option to rescind. You declined our offer. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to me.
