Unreal treatment by business office and later by management. Went there to buy a new van, cash sale no finance. All went well until the business office where William the business agent asked us to management. Went there to buy a new van, cash sale no finance. All went well until the business office where William the business agent asked us to answer some marketing questions on a electronic tablet. Questions such as if we have a garage, how many miles we plan to drive, etc that had nothing to do with the purchase. When I said we didnt want to he said "I will stop.the transaction then." I could not believe my ears and he said it was mandatory that we answer. He called his boss in and then denied telling us the transaction would be cancelled! After this, he wanted to go over in detail the extended warranties available even though we told.him we were not going to take any and I explained that we had been there over three hours, it was 109 degrees outside and my wife and dogs were waiting in the car for my dad and I. He didnt care, stating he wanted to go over it all so we couldnt say two years from now that he didnt even though we could sign off declining them. I finally got up and waited outside and my dad finished with him. We both should have cancelled the deal and left. One of the agreed on items was that a hitch would be installed this same week so.that my dad would have his scooter lift available for him as he is handicapped. The next morning, we got word that the service department would need several days to obtain a hitch and now wanted an additional $2300.00 for installation! I checked with a local company that would do it for $500.00 but they could not do it until 11 days later. I asked if since we paid cash for.the new van if we could keep ours with the lift until the new one.had the hitch installed as we had medical appointments he would.need the scooter for. They said no, and cancelled the whole deal and refunded our money. What a waste of time. I have bought many cars over the years and had never been even asked to answer marketing questions as part of the buying process let alone told we would have to cancel the transaction if we didnt. My advice, get EVERY detail in writing and as soon as things go bad just leave. Never again!! More

Just tried to order out a new 2024 Rubicon, and had the worst experience, having to deal with a guy who reall Rubicon and had a good experience here. Even though I was going to transfer a plate, he was trying to force me to pay for a temporary plate. Even though I spec'd out the Wrangler for an order out, he's telling me I have to add options I don't want. When I said NO, he said I should go somewhere else.
