With 23 being the last year to buy a challenger, I couldn't say no anymore. The problem? All my car buying experiences have been horrible. Either overpriced, a purely profit business or salespeople wh couldn't say no anymore. The problem? All my car buying experiences have been horrible. Either overpriced, a purely profit business or salespeople who pressured you and made you feel uncomfortable or saying whatever it takes for the sale. I went into Earnhardt CJDR with my guard way up. I was ready for battle! To my amazement none of that was needed! Zach the car dealer sent me a video of the challenger that I wanted, inviting me over to test drive it. When I got there, they even had it pulled to the side knowing that I was coming, not leaving it with the rest so it's free game to anyone walking in. This to me showed the first sign of caring. Zach was very knowledgeable of the car and during the test drive let me really get a feel for the car and had a very natural/comfortable conversation about our appreciation of muscle cars. When my admiration for the handling/interior car matched my lifelong admiration for the exterior I knew that it was something I was going to buy. Once inside all the paperwork was presented to me in a well-paced manner. Every question I had no matter how silly I thought it was he answered very clearly and with no judgement/impatience for the smallest of questions. It was the easiest purchasing experience I have ever had in my life. The final paperwork/signing/warranty was the only time I spent in the office. All the options are on a tablet for you, and you can easily deselect anything you don't want. There was absolutely 0 i repeat 0 pressure to add anything or any questions as to why i took something off. All questions I had were answered there was no grey area, and I felt great that I knew everything that I was getting or not getting. This was a very quick process (not a rushed process) they are very efficient and informative. Zach genuinely cared; the sales manager Ron genuinely cared. When I was hopping in my car even though it was past close Zach took the time to show me everything once more and was happy to do so/not in a rush. I drove off not only happy about finally having my dream car but amazed how the stereotype of no care, pure profit, dishonest car dealership didn't match this place at all. They are doing everything absolutely right and I will always recommend them to friends and family and anyone who I hear is in the market for a new car. I apologize for the lengthy review this is for the people like me who have a hard time trusting, have been wronged in the past, or are nervous overthinkers like i tend to be. They quote “No-haggle pricing” online but in reality they add charges that are not included in that price. I feel bad for our salesperson because she lost a sale due to the GM’s dishonesty. More
