I purchased my 2022 Ram Mega Cab from Earnhardt. I've had to return a few times for recalls and have had the pleasure of dealing with Doug Miller. The finance manager,Richard, was really considerate of our time and showed us the value of the extended warranty. I normally don't purchase these but did and don't have any remorse. The sales manager called me the next day to make sure everything was good with the vehicle and my experience. All I can say is that if you need a Jeep I would highly recommend Earnhardt- I feel that they balance their business side with my personal needs More

Last week our Wagoneer steering locked up but was covered by warranty. Normally, I avoid Service Departments at cost because of the time suck out of your day. However, Marvin at Gilbert Jeep were fast & h by warranty. Normally, I avoid Service Departments at cost because of the time suck out of your day. However, Marvin at Gilbert Jeep were fast & had great communication of what other items needed to be Serviced, costs, time frame, etc. & communicated via text which saves time. Also, Marvin found me a loaner car in less than 15 minutes which totally surprised me. Overall, my experiences was very enjoyable, the Service Department was clean & next time I trying one of those Donuts. Definitely request Marvin. James C More

Burt was very kind and courteous. I had a baby with me and he didn’t rush me to leave and get in my car. He even offered to get me a water! How sweet!
