This review is based on my experience and opinion of this dealer. I found the dealer to be untrustworthy and dishonest. They advertised a price for a jeep then said it was a mistake. I would not recommend dealing with them as I don’t feel they are honest. In my experience with them they advertise low prices then charge terms. They say they value honesty and are upfront I did not find that to be true. So my opinion is that, to protect yourself go somewhere else if they are honest they will match this dealer’s prices and you don’t have to worry about the underhanded tactics that I found this dealer to use. The dealer in my opinion is just trying to save face my experience is honesty and clarity are not anywhere near there top priority. More

I had the worst experience today with Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert and Burt Johnson. My appointment was at 8 AM and Burt did not show up until 8:30 AM. After taking 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rot Gilbert and Burt Johnson. My appointment was at 8 AM and Burt did not show up until 8:30 AM. After taking 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, I had to inform the front counter that my car was completed as I saw it leave the service bay and sit there. Finally, as I went to pay, I was told that the coupon that I had received via email was "no good" and that I would actually end up paying more with the coupon. Burt then told me I could do the Burger King thing and have it my way if I wanted to pay more in front of other employees and customers. So, if you like waiting around for appointments, then waiting even longer for services, only to be given the "bait and switch" pitch about the coupon they emailed and then to be ridiculed in public, then this is the place for you. This was my first visit to the dealership outside of the services that were included with my original purchase, and it will be my last! More
