For the most part great service. I had a new service rep because the one I was suppose to have is not there anymore. The new rep was excellent. Hope he sticks around. My only complaint was that the service rep that came out to greet me only kept telling everyone I was early for my appointment. If he said it once I heard him say it at least four times. I was 15 minutes early but I am the kind of person that likes to arrive early instead of late. I never know how the traffic is going to be as I drive in from Apache Junction. So this must have irritated him that I was early. The next time I go there for an appointment I will still be early. I wish I would have gotten his name I do believe he was in the first desk area by the front door. I certainly plan to return next spring for servicing my vehicle. I am a snow bird so I generally just need service once while I am in AZ. More

Road emergency repair. A mistake was made by me, I put 8gal of regular gas into my diesel tank. Lucky me my tank was almost empty. I called Westen my service advisor who instructed me on how to handle this problem. He went above and beyond by directing me to GMC Roadside assistance. They had the truck towed to Earnhardt GMC within an hour. About 5 hours later Westen called me to say my truck was ready to go. This dealership and it’s people are superb. I have bought 3 vehicles at this dealer and was never let down by them. More
