Had a 11am appointment did not leave get my truck back till 1.30 pm two and 1/2 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. Service rep Scott Kelly was very nice and helpful and made it better. but I mak till 1.30 pm two and 1/2 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. Wait for 2 hours on an oil changed that was a scheduled appointment . Seems like an excess amount of time. I’ve never in my entire life had to wait that long.
