This DEALER HAS NO CLUE as to what goes on In the service dept .I can't even call the Service mgr & complain. I was in for my appt. Tues at 10:00 am. At 11:15 I came outside to check & see where My CAR was a dept .I can't even call the Service mgr & complain. I was in for my appt. Tues at 10:00 am. IT WAS IN THE SAME SPOT WHEN IT WAS PARKED WAITING FOR OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION.Oh BY THE WAY YOUR SIGN OUTSIDE SAID EXPRESS OIL & TIRE.WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.NEEDLESS TO SAY I ASK FOR MY KEYS & I WENT HOME More

The service liaison didn’t communicate very well. They had my vehicle for seven days and he called me one time. I was on hold several times when the line was hung up. I am from Georgia and was in Florida on visiting friends when my cameras guit working on my 2500hd GMC truck. I called Eagle GMC and made an appointment to get my truck fixed. The staff were friendly an when my cameras guit working on my 2500hd GMC truck. I called Eagle GMC and made an appointment to get my truck fixed. The staff were friendly and professional.
