I use to think this dealer cared about me. My last experience in buying a car after my wife died was terrible. Morgaane was fantastic! She communicated with me continuously during the time my vehicle was serviced. All fluids changed or flushed new wiper blades and an alignment. I appreciate Morgan’s attention to detail and being very respectful and courteous. I had occasion to meet my original sales person from seven years ago Marc Esser, it was a pleasure to speak with him again as it always is when I see him. He helped me find a local specialty shop to replace a door, rubber protector. The personnel at Eagle Buick GMC always make me feel like I’m part of their family and I appreciate that.
