Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. I’ve used this GMC dealer a few times before 2-25-25. I can’t say I’ve been pleased with the Service Dept work. I was charged 1200 to fix a computer error & it was never fixed & each service I ask they r I can’t say I’ve been pleased with the Service Dept work. I was charged 1200 to fix a computer error & it was never fixed & each service I ask they reset the computer. I still must acknowledge each error to clear the computer so I may see speed digitally. The Service I performed on 2-25, I was very disappointed in. I requested the Service Dept. change oil, rotate tires, reset computer, investigate a starting issue, seal the bottom of the front windshield due to bad weather stripping. It is allowing engine fumes to travel into the cab at stop light or any stops, & to repair a sagging tailpipe. My oil was changed & tires were rotated. They did say the starting issue was the black, negative cable needed replaced but for $437, I passed. The tail pipe repair, a small weld for $200, I passed on as well. They never reset the computer nor did they repair the front windshield with a new rubber weather stripping or RTV for that matter. Never told me they didn’t do the requested tasks, but never charged as well. I found it ironic though, that I was text many repair recommendations at very high prices. The Service Dept. had more time to solicit additional maintenance service @ exuberant prices but couldn’t repair what I requested they do, which I was willing to pay for? I can actually say I’ve lost trust in the Service Dept. & it will be very difficult for me to use the GMC Service Dept. again. If all to be trusted to do is change oil & rotate tires, I can get that done anywhere. I chose this GMC dealership with expectations of getting GMC Professional Service for my Sierra Truck, even though I may pay a bit more. The Service isn’t worth the cost, I’m Sorry More
