Was looking at a specific vehicle. Had numerous communication between sales agents over the past few days. Vehicle was listed on the lot for $10,900. Was Given an OTD price today, thou Had numerous communication between sales agents over the past few days. Vehicle was listed on the lot for $10,900. Was Given an OTD price today, thought it was a bit high, so I looked online again at the Vehicle, They raised the price to $11,900. I am in shock! This is how they do business? To Raise the price $1000 after I had been working with them for a few days??? That is very Shady!!! More
Service staff have been wonderful to deal with. My only gripe would be not knowing some costs up front and getting a surprise when picking up the vehicle. Also, in less then one year from owning the Buick we purchased from your dealership, it was not well received that we had to pay for a new battery and also rear camera because they were not covered under warranty. Not for nothing, these items should have been covered by the dealership or a percentage of the costs. More
