The salesman Steve told me they would fix a TPMS on one of the tires and fix a miss in the engine prior to purchasing. I agreed to purchase the vehicle under the assumption they would fix these issues. I was told they would arrange to pick up my vehicle the following week. Once they took my vehicle, they reset the codes so that it looked like they fixed the sensor and put injector cleaner aka Lucas in the gas tank. When they dropped off my vehicle, the TPMS light came on as soon as I started the vehicle, and naturally the miss was still there. Steve stated that if what they did didn’t solve the issue he would have them replace the coils and plugs. Called Steve back the same day the vehicle was brought back to me to express my concerns. Steve kept pushing to wait until I hit the 30 day mark of having the vehicle. He would ignore calls and text for several days where we had to call the dealership, they came and got the vehicle. The service department called to ask why my vehicle was back, I explained that the tpms sensor was not replaced, and they are to put new plugs and coils in the vehicle has the miss was still there. They fixed the tpms issue but decided to only put fuel injector cleaner in it again as that’s what Steve told them to do. The vehicle still has an issue with the miss in the engine and will have to go to another dealership because I don’t trust that Eagle Buick GMC will actually fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend Eagle Buick GMC to anyone. More
