Very bad treatment in the Service Department. I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it mi I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it misses , I was told on the first visit that the reason it was missing was the previous owner used the gas petal different than I did and the computer was used to the way he drove it. I was told to drive it for a few weeks so I did and recently took it back, what they said that the rim was bent , and they put air in the tire and that fixed the problem. Well my question is what if the air comes out of the tire will the car start to miss again, Its like a joke I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends at the car shows about how badly I was treated . The lady at the counter told me we do know how any of this happened , Quote she said its your word against ours . meaning they were not going to fix my car. More

I was trying to help my daughter and son-in-law acquire a used car that was safe for them and my 3 grandchildren 12-8-6 yrs old ! Their credit wasn't the best, so I was putting money down for them to help them buy a car in there name ! I spoke to a salesmen who goes by the name of Hoss ( Bonanza ) personally he made reference too.. He told me ( the father ) the vehicle ( Chevy cruise ) 2014 ---7K was a great buy .. Bumper to bumper 36000 mile coverage left ---also 100,000 drive train --After my daughter was told by an employee to drive the car ( chevy cruse ) only the two of them up to buy, because it was a done deal !! They sat down with finance and were then told the cars warranty was done ( no warranty ) --But they could purchase an extended warranty ! THIS WAS NOT THE DEAL THE SALESMAN --HOSS- Told me, ( her father ) and my daughter and son-in-law to entice us to purchase this vehicle !!! Lack of INTEGRITY & INCOMPETENCE I live in New York-my daughter and son-in-law in Hernando County.. 10-26-2016 my daughter and son-in-law did not like being lied to nor did I !!! SO THEY HAD TO WAIT AT ---8 PM AT NIGHT FOR A FRIEND TO DRIVE 40 MINUTES UP TO PICK THEM UP ! With my GRANDCHILDREN still waiting at home to see there PARENTS !!! SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP FOR TREATING THEM THIS WAY !!!! More
Only want to manipulate their deals My wife and I purchased a new vehicle well over a year ago, but my recent positive experience with another dealer and the review I left them reminded My wife and I purchased a new vehicle well over a year ago, but my recent positive experience with another dealer and the review I left them reminded me that a negative review is equally valuable to a prospective shopper. Eagle was completely unwilling to show my wife and I the basic numbers on our new car deal (purchase price, trade value, APR, etc). Instead, we were offered monthly payment numbers scribbled with a marker after repeatedly requesting the basic math. After having to reverse the math ourselves, we negotiated a deal then argued with the finance manager to net an APR that was barely less than ridiculous. We have since refinanced, and tried to mention to anyone we know to avoid this place and their car shark tactics. Anyone less willing to fight with them would be terribly taken advantage of. The salesman was cordial, though. More
Bad, bad experience Overall a really bad experience. Salesman tells stories(from mailing us a key to finding out about missing spare). Was promised tank fill up for our inconvenience but never happened. Beware!!!! Glad not to have to go back! More
