Great Customer Experience We came in with a clear idea of our goal, and are very happy with the deal. Everyone was very helpful and patient, and we're very thankful. Although we don't plan on spending a lot of time there, we did notice is the main lobby could use a little work. With so many charitable thrift shops in the area, it would be easy to find some economical tables and chairs that would look nice out there. What's there now is pretty beat up, and that's your point of entry for customers. Just an observation. :) More

Piss poor mechanical service After 3-4tries they still cannot fix the problem. The final fix from the service mechanic was to replace 3 tire pressure sensor at. Cost of 100.00 ea After 3-4tries they still cannot fix the problem. The final fix from the service mechanic was to replace 3 tire pressure sensor at. Cost of 100.00 each give or take. AC was repaired and broke by the time I drove to the end of the driveway. Then broke again less than a month and of course for a different part. Scott said well it is electrical. I have a feeling that they are finding ways to nickel and dime the customer. I will be selling my Envoy with regret...we do like it but service stinks and I can not afford to keep paying for poor service. Also got warranty plan thru your place and was told it would cover almost everything...so far it covers little. Rear window washer pump/moter not cover. Waste of money. Will buy 2 new vehicles but not from you..or GMC .... More
