When you leave they forget you 😠 They where very friendly when I arrived, I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy which I did. After being told getting 1000 bonus cash, plus 500 off They where very friendly when I arrived, I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy which I did. After being told getting 1000 bonus cash, plus 500 off for retired first responder it didn’t happen. Go to sign papers no discount what so ever. Was missing a set of keys, they said they would look for them and if they couldn’t find them they would have another set made and send them to me . Months later after contacting them a number of times, no keys no contact with me it just stopped. More

Warranty GMC Terrain Returned from 4 day visit out of state to a Dead Battery. Called Eagle Buick GMC for appointment. They got my vehicle in same day and replaced defecti Returned from 4 day visit out of state to a Dead Battery. Called Eagle Buick GMC for appointment. They got my vehicle in same day and replaced defective Battery. Vehicle was returned a few hours later. Service was completed promptly, properly and correctly on first visit.
