The reason why I would never recomend this dealer is because, first of all I paid too much for the new truck. The finance guy blantly lied to me. Telling me I had to buy warranties to get Bank of Americ because, first of all I paid too much for the new truck. The finance guy blantly lied to me. Telling me I had to buy warranties to get Bank of America to finance the loan. Well I called the Bank of America in the city where the loan was placed and they told me that was not true that I did not have to get the warranties to get the loan. Also the interest rate they charged me was too high for my credit rating which by the way is 843. I repeatly tried to get the GM, Russ Baldner, to call me, but there always was some excuse. They couldn't find him or somthing else came up. This dealership has very questionable practices. I Have been sick over this. Plus I still do not know if they cancelled the warranties. Stay as far away from this dearship as possible! Buyer Be Ware! More
This truck was purchased back in June 2011. Between June and September we have had over $ 2,000 of problems with this truck. The dealership sold us this truck with bad brakes front and back, no oil change, and September we have had over $ 2,000 of problems with this truck. The dealership should pay for these things to be fixed. I have not had this truck for more than 3 months and I’m having all these problems. The salesperson Nick had a blank check from my bank where he was able to add a warranty and sales tax into my price but did none of this. I’m no service member will be able to used this dealer. They are selling lemon. My truck is a 2007 and I only had it for less than 3 months and have paid more than 2,000 in repairs. DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership is ripping off a proud service member of the United States Army.. I am going to hold this dealership reasonable for these problems if I have to sue them I will. Eagle Buick/GMC ATTN: Russ Baldner 1275 S Suncoast Blvd Homosassa, FL 34448 Dear Mr Baldner, I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the personnel you have working for you at Eagle Buick/GMC. Over the past two years I have had multiple dealings with several departments and I will say that I received professional treatment at each one of those departments but, I especially wish to address a member of your service department, David Pento. Recently I brought my 2004 Cadillac DeVille in for service and after a conversation with David, decided to have a new set of tires placed on the car. David told me he’d order the tires and call me when they arrived. A few days later David called, I made an appointment and had the tires installed however, during a drive to Savannah, Georgia a few days later I noticed that at speeds of 65 to 70 MPH, the car developed a severe road vibration. Upon returning home I called David, he immediately without hesitation told me to bring the car back in. A second set of tires proved to be apparently faulty. David being very apologetic advised me that he would order another set, and that he would call me when they arrived. On May 9, 2011, David called that the new tires were in. On May 11, 2011 I took the Cadillac to the service department. In a short time David entered the waiting room and asked me to test drive the car, I did and was very pleased. What I’d like to add to this letter is that I’ve had many dealings with auto dealers service departments over the many years of my driving experience, and I would like to tell you that in those many years, David is the very best service man I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s very courteous, knows his job well and goes way above what I would consider, the necessary means to make a customer feel good about the service at Eagle GMC. David is a professional in more ways than one. His exuberance is catching, not to mention his friendly manners. I would highly recommend Eagle GMC to all my friends and acquaintances. Good job, you apparently know how to hire good well-trained people. In keeping with this letter of commendation to David, I would ask that a copy be placed in David’s personnel file. I have purchased over 10 new vehicles at this dealership. I believe they give 110% effort to satisfy the needs of my family each and everytime I make a purchase. I have tried to trade vehicles at Village Toy I believe they give 110% effort to satisfy the needs of my family each and everytime I make a purchase. I have tried to trade vehicles at Village Toyota and Crystal Chevy. In each case Eagle Buick beats them by at least a $1,000 if not more with no bullshit(Crystal Chevy) stories. The service dept at Eagle is second to none. No matter what the problem or the weather these folks sincerely try to make you comfortable while waiting for your vehicle. Their appts are managed better then my doctors office. If they say 9AM it's 9AM not 10:30. This is just another reason why I refuse to switch dealerships or brands again. I know I can not find this level of professionalism anywhere else. I have had 2 new Lexus's and there service dept in Clearwater sucks. I went back to Buick and it's like visiting a long lost relative that greets you with open arms. Leadership comes from the top so the owners of Eagle should be proud of the staff they have assembled and trained so well. More

I was over charged by 500.00 after the deal was made, and not given a copy of the break down of what I payed. I got my 500.00 back after a manager looked at my file and saw the overcharge but I still have not seen all the paper work after many more calls and even a visit to the dealership when they told me the person that could get me the paper was not there. I still think there is something wrong and they are hiding something but they will not help. I hope anyone that goes to Eagle will keep a close eye on the paper work read all of it. And all past customers should look at there paper work and or go to the dealership and demand to see all the paperwork again, I can't be the only one that got overcharged. Please don't let them get away with taking your money. More
