The GM Russel Baldner is so caring and helpful, I do not plan on ever using another dealership. I have known him (since school) for over 25 years. I KNOW why they keep this man there! He is beyond fair, helps out my entire family and always gets us just what we want. This guy can remember things from years ago and knows you by name. If there ever was an honest dealership, this one is at the top of the list. Seriously. They try everything to get you what you want and helpful with the banks and financing also. I have sent so many people their way, and everyone has thanked me profusely. I always get trucks from them, and will continue to as long as I live within the state of Florida lol. Thanks for excellent customer service and personal service! By the way, we end up getting turned over to Reggie, Russel's brother he is just as good and so nice! Truck purchase Like everyone, we always dread the car buying experience. Obnoxious, relentless sales people, the the "well let's meet the sales manager routine, then the finance manager trying to up sell. Then spend 4 to 5 hours at the dealership. Sucks. Not at Eagle! From seeing the truck on the lot, to meeting Mark Melleti, our sales rep, it was a low key, no pressure and relaxed experience. His persona and straight forward handling of this transaction contributed greatly to our decision to purchase the truck here at Eagle. You can tell Immediately that it is a family owned and operated business by the demeanor of their employees. Everyone I met with there was friendly and went out of there way to assist us. Mark handled our entire transaction and negotiations from start to finish. The finance manager was extremely easy to work with and very quick and efficient. Mark delivered our truck spotless, clean, and full of fuel. He ordered a second key remote for us gratis. Done! Then we had a couple of small items needing attention directly after taking the truck. The service department jumped right the issues, made the minor repairs, and sent us on our way. Now keep in mind this was a used vehicle and once it was ours they had no responsibility to repair. But this dealership took care of the items. You don't find that kind of service there days especially from "corporate chain dealerships". We will buy again from Eagle. They set the bar for what a dealership should be. A pleasant and fair experience! Thank you! More

Very bad treatment in the Service Department. I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it mi I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it misses , I was told on the first visit that the reason it was missing was the previous owner used the gas petal different than I did and the computer was used to the way he drove it. I was told to drive it for a few weeks so I did and recently took it back, what they said that the rim was bent , and they put air in the tire and that fixed the problem. Well my question is what if the air comes out of the tire will the car start to miss again, Its like a joke I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends at the car shows about how badly I was treated . The lady at the counter told me we do know how any of this happened , Quote she said its your word against ours . meaning they were not going to fix my car. More

I was trying to help my daughter and son-in-law acquire a used car that was safe for them and my 3 grandchildren 12-8-6 yrs old ! Their credit wasn't the best, so I was putting money down for them to help them buy a car in there name ! I spoke to a salesmen who goes by the name of Hoss ( Bonanza ) personally he made reference too.. He told me ( the father ) the vehicle ( Chevy cruise ) 2014 ---7K was a great buy .. Bumper to bumper 36000 mile coverage left ---also 100,000 drive train --After my daughter was told by an employee to drive the car ( chevy cruse ) only the two of them up to buy, because it was a done deal !! They sat down with finance and were then told the cars warranty was done ( no warranty ) --But they could purchase an extended warranty ! THIS WAS NOT THE DEAL THE SALESMAN --HOSS- Told me, ( her father ) and my daughter and son-in-law to entice us to purchase this vehicle !!! Lack of INTEGRITY & INCOMPETENCE I live in New York-my daughter and son-in-law in Hernando County.. 10-26-2016 my daughter and son-in-law did not like being lied to nor did I !!! SO THEY HAD TO WAIT AT ---8 PM AT NIGHT FOR A FRIEND TO DRIVE 40 MINUTES UP TO PICK THEM UP ! With my GRANDCHILDREN still waiting at home to see there PARENTS !!! SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP FOR TREATING THEM THIS WAY !!!! More
