I was over charged by 500.00 after the deal was made, and not given a copy of the break down of what I payed. I called many times to find out what the break down was and was given the run around by Robert Ha not given a copy of the break down of what I payed. I got my 500.00 back after a manager looked at my file and saw the overcharge but I still have not seen all the paper work after many more calls and even a visit to the dealership when they told me the person that could get me the paper was not there. I still think there is something wrong and they are hiding something but they will not help. I hope anyone that goes to Eagle will keep a close eye on the paper work read all of it. And all past customers should look at there paper work and or go to the dealership and demand to see all the paperwork again, I can't be the only one that got overcharged. Please don't let them get away with taking your money. More
