Mr. Malenfant, We are very sorry that you feel we have let you down with the service on your 2007 Envoy. I can see that we have given you military discounts on each of your visits and we sincerely appreciate your sacrifice for our country! Scott, your service consultant was a Marine and Mike, our Assistant Service Manager, is a 12 year Navy Corpsman. As we mentioned on your previous visit, the tire pressure system sensors are battery operated. One would not send signal and was replaced. The others checked out with marginal batteries but were sending signal. When you returned none of the sensors were reading. We would reset and relearn your sensors then drive your vehicle verifying that the lamp did not come back on at no charge. We expected that the 10 mile test drives would reproduce your concern. We did not want to sell you the 3 sensors because they always worked when we tested the vehicle yet always needed each of them relearned when you returned. Our thoughts were that someone was cycling the headlamps on and off twice in a row which puts the on-board computer into "learn" mode for the sensors. This seemed apparent since you had a headlamp concern that was rectified. We did not want to take your hard earned money without proving the failure. The three sensors were recommended because the battery life was low and there were no trouble codes in your receiver to point us anywhere else. Please note that the estimated battery life for these sensors is five years. As far as the A/C concern goes, your complaint was no #4 blower setting. The blower resistor was replaced due to an internal short. After we replaced the resistor, #4 was restored. We absolutely made a mistake by not seeing that the pigtail connector to the blower motor was shorting. We would have not wasted your time had we thought that there was still a problem. Documented corrective counseling was established with the tech in efforts to prevent this from happening again. Regarding your extended warranty policy... Thank you for purchasing it from us. Many times we have guests that purchase these things from the internet, Email, or phone only to find out that they have been scammed with the company going out of business thereby rendering their contract null and minimally refundable. Contracts with various coverage levels and deductibles are available at varying costs depending on your selections. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to change your coverage. We have been in business for 26 years. This happens only because of raving fans spreading the word to their friends and families. We do not want for you to feel like you have been taken advantage of.
