9am appt for tire rotation plus check for oil leak. Car dropped off 830am. Car not ready till after 11am. Time in shop could have been less but they did the right thing by only charging for rotation. The purchase of this vehicle started several weeks ago. I am replacing a Ford buy-back. Needless to say finding a replacement at this time was extremely difficult.
