I drive from Tallahassee to Citrus, Hernando and Pasco Counties every week. On two occasions this year, my cars have malfunctioned… thank God I was near Eagle Buick GMC in Crystal River both times! Took my car in for an oil change; there happened to be a kink in the oil gasket in which I burned oil. My oil level came on. I took it back and they quickly corrected the condition. I have been taking my 2006 Sierra to a GMC dealer for service in Minnesota exclusively for all service and repair since it was new. I recently moved to Florida and this was my first time visiting the GMC service in Minnesota exclusively for all service and repair since it was new. I recently moved to Florida and this was my first time visiting the GMC dealer in Crystal River for a service issue (replacement of battery) I was never told of a cost or quality of the repair. Additionally the clock time was reset and was set 15 minutes off . I was truly disappointed and will look for other options for future service. I wish the Maas Nissan dealer worked on GMC vehicles, as they set the standard for quality and exceptional service.. More
