I went in for an oil change they said I need an engine air filter and I said ok. Oil change and filter change took more than 1.5 hours . Then I get the bill and it’s 100.00,I talked to the service manager air filter and I said ok. Oil change and filter change took more than 1.5 hours . Then I get the bill and it’s 100.00,I talked to the service manager and he said the prices had too be raised , this is a lot of money and a really long wait for such a job and the attitude was that’s the way it is. I don’t now about other people but I doubt I’ll be back to your dealership. More
