The service in the collision center is horrible. They've had our car for several weeks and still have not finished it. Everytime we call we are given different excuses that contradict what they told They've had our car for several weeks and still have not finished it. We chose them because our insurance company recommended them, but will never have work done here again. More

DO NOT BRING your vehicle to Elco for service. The sales experience was amazing, but their service department is awful. The service advisors are more interested in their phones and flirting with e The sales experience was amazing, but their service department is awful. And, as other reviews have pointed out, the vehicle is never really fixed - you will be bringing it right back in a few weeks or months from now.
