The entire sale only took 1/2 Hour and the Finance Dept. had me in and out quick. Imagine a salesman who listens to your needs, applies no pressure, and explains everything in great detail. Mark knows the product and is very professional to deal with. Do to our previous experience with purchasing a new Equinox and also the experience in handling problems that have arrisen with my work Equinos purchased thru another dealership, we felt very comfortab Equinox and also the experience in handling problems that have arrisen with my work Equinos purchased thru another dealership, we felt very comfortable with the Eloc team when we were looking for another car. Our salesman,Mark went out of his way to help us obtain an affordable car that would meet our needs and get us the best deal on our trade in. He spent alot of time working with the used car sales manager to secure the car we were interested in at another dealership and then Elco's Corvette Bill, the mechanic spent hours going thru the car to make sure that it was in excellent shape for us. The transporter Rick was very helpful in looking over the car prior to picking it up and bringing it back to Elco to make sure that the car was a good deal and also took the time to show me how the convertible top stored in the trunk and how to pack chairs, etc to optimize space. It was very hard for us to give up our 2002 vette( my husband's toy) but feel that they assisted us to make a good choice for our next car. We also feel very secure in knowing that we will be able to have any problems that arrive handled to our satisfaction. We are very happy with Elco and Mark's team and look forward to their assistance with any vehicle needs that we may have in the future. More

I was shopping for a new Camaro and encountered Bryan Buhr. He knew his cars, and was very helpful in getting all the options on the car I selected, even to the point of searching as far as Louisville t Buhr. Bryan helped me get several performance/appearance options added, and still the deal we struck was very fair. Since the sale Bryan has followed up with me to insure that the car is performing well and that he was able to answer all my questions. During the "paperwork" portion of the purchase Sandy Walker was very helpful in gettings things done right the first time. There was no pressure to purchase additional items, however, she explained them all to me so I could make an informed decision. Jeff Lewis in Service was very helpful in getting things lined up for me to have the service performed there at Elco, and since then he has provided me with all the assistance I have needed. This was the third Chevy I purchased and I must say it was the best experience I've ever had. Much different from when I purchased my '03 Suburban at Weber Chevy in Creve Coeur, Mo. When they allowed me to test drive it, then told me I could not purchase it because I didn't put down a deposit before driving the Suburban. A very unfortunate experience. So, I am pleased to give Elco Chevrolet the highest ratings possible based on the excellent experience I had, and the service Bryan Buhr provided me.
