I started with the internet this time, looking on Elco's website, and found exactly what I had in mind in their inventory....chatted with Jim on-line with a few questions...that were answered completely and professionally. I gave J.T. a call early in the morning of the next day to see if he was going to be in that day...without hesitation, he said "yes...and when is a good time for you?" He came in on HIS DAY OFF to meet with us about this particular van!! Talk about going above and beyond!! From start to finish, J.T. was nothing but kind, courtious and professional! He went out of his way to make sure we were looking at what we wanted and needed....and best of all...no pressure. As usual, purchasing a car from Elco was a wonderful experience. J.T. did not try to sell us anything that we did not need BUT made sure we had everything that we DID need!! That speaks volumes!! He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and was very professional in every way. He even made sure that we had new headphones and remote for the DVD player for the kids!!! WOW!! I brought to J.T.'s attention that there was a small issue with the key remote. Within 10 minutes, he had the problem in hand and sent us over to the service dept. to get it fixed. We were out of there, with the problem solved, in a little over an hour. By the time we got to talk with Andy, in the finance dept., we were pretty pleased with our experience. Andy made it just that much better. Once again, nothing but the best!! He made sure that we had everything we needed, but nothing that we didn't need. Just today we went back to the dealership because of a seatbelt it recall and did not take them long to service our car. I am very pleased and will continue to have our service done at Elco even though we live 20 miles from it. It is worth the drive to have nice people to deal with.
