Price sells Cars is our motto he say's..... When I get there they offer me $3500.00 less than Kelly Blue Book on my trade. What a laugh. He tells me its just a guide and they don't go by it. LoL Well I there they offer me $3500.00 less than Kelly Blue Book on my trade. What a laugh. He tells me its just a guide and they don't go by it. LoL Well I did get my fair trade in value at another dealer and got my 2011 Equinox 1LT in the right color with the right options. So you can go to Elco but don't expect to get a fair trade value. It won't happen! More
I was in the market for a new Equinox and had visited two local dealerships. I was most comfortable with the staff at Elco Chevrolet. The sales person I worked with was Brian Buhr and he was wonderful. I gav local dealerships. I was most comfortable with the staff at Elco Chevrolet. The sales person I worked with was Brian Buhr and he was wonderful. I gave Brian a list of "extras" I wanted on my car and Brian delivered. Brian went above and beyond and I would recommend Brian and Elco if you are in the market for a Chevrolet. More

We purchased a pre-owned GM Certified Chevy Silverado. Our salesman was Chris Ringkamp. Chris jumped thru every hoop that we asked him to jump thru. His follow-up and communication throughout the process Our salesman was Chris Ringkamp. Chris jumped thru every hoop that we asked him to jump thru. His follow-up and communication throughout the process was excellent. We came to Elco with previous negative experiences from other dealers, so we weren't exactly easy-to-deal with customers. Our salesman, Chris Ringkamp did an excellent job and we bought the truck because he was professional, courteous and had excellent follow-up. Our experience in finance with Sveta and in Service with Jeff Lewis, John and Service Tech, Al were also very positive. We would purchase another car/truck from Chris at Elco and would recommend Elco based on our experience. More
I've had two terrible experiences here in the past few months. I never had a reason to dislike Elco, but they've done everything they could to make me never come back. First experience: I got rear-end months. I never had a reason to dislike Elco, but they've done everything they could to make me never come back. First experience: I got rear-ended in my z28. I decided to take it to the closest dealer for the re-paint job. I figured the dealer could do the best job color matching the paint. While working things out with the insurance company, I went to Elco just to get an appraisal. They quoted me 750 dollars just to repaint my rear bumper. Kinda high I thought. After I finally got my insurance money (250 bucks) and the insurance company fought things out with them, they caved and decided to do it for that price. At the cheap price Elco really treated my car like a "filler" job. Working on it when it was convinent for them. It took them 5 days to repaint my bumper (excuse after excuse). Mind you I take pretty nice car of my car. When I went to pick it up I noticed an obvious flaw in the paint job. A huge crack in the finish. After a little arguing they agreed to repaint it. After a few more days, I went to pick it up. I didnt notice this time... but after about a week I noticed yet another crack in the paint. I give up with this body shop. I'll live with it. Second experience: Went to pick up some rocker arm bolts for my 96 v6 camaro. After waiting in the parts line for about 20 minutes (1 customer in front of me) I got my turn to speak with their parts attendant. I was nothing but polite but the man behind the counter made it his business to let me know that he knew everything and I was nothing but a dumb 27 year old. When he finally agreed that I had the right part number, he proceeded to let me know that the price for a set of bolts was going to be 40 bucks and they wouldnt be there until next week and that I had to order 15 (would not sell them individually). Who needs 15 rocker arm bolts anyway? I went home and ordered them from paceperformanceparts.com for 16 bucks to my door. Long story short, Elco must be doing plenty of business, cause they're not trying to hard to win new customers - especially not this one who's looking to buy a new SS Camaro. More

We bought a used Chevrolet Silverado in 03/10. The salesman was very nice and courteous. We felt that we go a very good price on our truck. We purchased the GM extended bumper to bumper warranty. W salesman was very nice and courteous. We felt that we go a very good price on our truck. We purchased the GM extended bumper to bumper warranty. We were told by the finance person that this warranty was the exact same as that of a brand new vehicle. No out of pocket expense. WRONG!!! This is correct for the power train warranty, but there is a $100 deductible for everything else. We feel like the man was dishonest, as we asked him specific questions, and he repeatedly told us that there would be no out of pocket expense. So....I'm just saying..... More
