Joe Archambault has done a great job with us on the purchase of our new Cadillac. We came in late on a Saturday afternoon and did not actually intend to make a purchase that day. Joe took extra time with us to test drive the two types of vehicles that we were interested in and worked hard to help us identify the vehicle that would really serve us well. He then worked with us and the manager to get us the best possible pricing, and we feel we received fair treatment on our trade-in and appropriate reductions off the 2011 sticker price; although we would have loved the car to cost even less, the experience was good. Joe had a personal committment that evening, but kept assuring us that we had time to complete the sale; and he followed through. The only negative I have to report has to do with others that were involved in a follow up issue. The saleman that tried to remove our license plates from our trade-in vehicle stripped the screws on one and could not remove it; and the dealer did not seem to have a second key to our new vehicle. We were told both items would be taken care of by the next Monday or Tuesday when we brought in the title to our trade-in. When my husband arrived at the dealership on Tuesday, Joe was off that day; but the Finance Manager was there and said the plate was not off the trade-in and an extra key was not yet made. He said he would personally get it done and bring the plate and the key to us. About a week later, Joe called to follow up on our satisfaction and my husband was quite upset. Joe was able to calm him down by offering to come get the vehicle(no one else mentioned the car had to be at the dealership to make the key), make the extra key, put the license plate on it, wash it and fill it with gas. Once again, Joe came through and we are pleased with the results. More

Unlike most dealerships in that they are professional yet do not "pressure." They were persistent yet not pests. Everyone in the dealership very well dressed and very friendly. Jim was great. He took the time find the perfect truck in our price range. We at no time felt pressured or that we were being sold anything. We were so impressed with the no-haggle pricing and with Joe's personality that even after we compared prices with another dealer in the area, we came back to make our purchase with Joe. Joe Archambalt was very helpful. He ran all over getting keys and keeping our 11 year old son busy. He knew in detail all of the goodies that came with this truck 2011 Silverardo. As a consumer much work goes into purchasing a vehicle. We as a family had done our homework and just want to feel good about a purchase that in todays soft - down economy feels like your purchasing a home. Kudos to all for feeling warm and fuzzy.
