I just purchased a new Chevy Suburban from Brian Buhr at ELCO. He was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I was in the process of leaving town so he actually deliver ELCO. He was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I was in the process of leaving town so he actually delivered the vehicle to my home. The experience went great and he has already followed up to make sure everything is still good. More
First off I will start with I have purchased 4 vehicles from Elco and never had a problem. But on this last one nothing but problems and lies from Chip Alexander and Cort Howard. They try to act nice and a from Elco and never had a problem. But on this last one nothing but problems and lies from Chip Alexander and Cort Howard. They try to act nice and act like they care but their true colors have come out. They are presently are back dating my title paperwork. I assume so they can get their quota bonus money for April. I took ownership of my vehicle on June 14 2012 and their paperwork shows I took ownership April 30 2012. I have proof of when I took ownership. They now know they are caught and have now become very unprofessional. They just need too fess up to stealing from GM (bonus money) and make my paperwork right. To top all this off they told me to it would take 6-8 weeks for my vehicle to come in. It took 16 weeks. They said there was a glitch in the codes and didn't know what shelving went in my work van. I asked did it really just get caught in the hail storm we had? Chip said oh no, no. I just found the estimate for hail damage tucked away in the van. I can't stand people who lie. All they had to do was be truthful and I could have and would have dealt with it in a mature adult manner unlike the way the people mentioned here. I have even called the general manager of Elco his name is Mark (won't mention last name because I have not even been able to talk with him) I left a voicemail for him and he had the used car manager (John Durahm) call me back. He did nothing but act concerned at first then talked with Chip and Cort and became disrespectful like them. These people are a disgrace to their profession. More
I have purchased multiple cars in the past and never really care to fill out the surveys. However, this was the best experience thus far in my car buying career. As soon as I walked onto the lot, not on really care to fill out the surveys. However, this was the best experience thus far in my car buying career. As soon as I walked onto the lot, not only was I courteously greeted and shook the hand of Mr. Gould, but Mr. Gould shook my wife's hand as well. This was the first car salesman to do this and for some reason it was nice for him to notice this was as much her car as it will be mine. As for the actual buying experience, this was great. Before I even walked around the lot looking at different vehicles, Josh took me inside and we looked at the vehicles i was interested in online. The cars were then located and they were driven up right to the door for me to compare them side by side. This was great to be able to physically compare side by side. Once I determined the vehicle I needed, Josh basically took over and gave me tremendous discounts before we ever talked price. I knew what i wanted the price to be. I was expecting the price to be reduced by about $2,000 - $2,500. I was SHOCKED to find out that the price actually decreased by about $5,000 as Josh made sure I got all of the applicable discounts possible and gave me a tremendous trade in value. Overall, this was a TREMENDOUS experience. I am very positive in saying that the next time I am ready to purchase another car, ELCO Chevrolet and Cadillac will be my first stop. And most likely my last stop if they keep up this great work. THANKS JOSH!!! More

Brad appears to be ni deptment yet. Brad promised Bluetooth device for car but in almost two months since delivery device has not been given to me. Brad appears to be nice, but does not return calls or follow up on promises he makes. May use ELCO again, but will never deal with Brad in future sales. More
The employees were very nice and helpful. We checked out a number of used vehicles that initially fit the criteria of what I was looking for. Actually, I ended up with an upgrade SUV beyond what I had init a number of used vehicles that initially fit the criteria of what I was looking for. Actually, I ended up with an upgrade SUV beyond what I had initially gone in there for when the sales person helped me explore all of my options of used SUVs. I am quite pleased with my purchase, a 2012 "used" Traverse LT 4x4. What worked out well was there were spaces of time when "other" customers took a few minutes for my salesman time after we had looked over all of the SUV's because it gave me time to process and work out for myself how I was going to handle this purchase and leave with the vehicle that felt like the best fit for me. I am a woman and I really don't like how some sales people have treated me in the past...but I have never had that problem at ELCO. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, two used and one new. I will continue to purchase my vehicles at ELCO, the service department is also good and I trust them. More
Both Joe and Tom were very friendly, patient with all of the questions that I had and very informative. I feel like I got the best deal that could have been given. In my multiple visits and calls to the dealership, Joe and Roger were very friendly and helpful in my search for a vehicle, as well as obtaining a value for my potential trade-in. I worked with Roger whil and Roger were very friendly and helpful in my search for a vehicle, as well as obtaining a value for my potential trade-in. I worked with Roger while obtaining an approximate value for my potential trade. While I ultimately did not end up trading in a vehicle, I went through with the purchase of a new 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, and Joe was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. More
