Fast and Friendly, go see Rick ELCO was great, especially Rick. We started and ended our vehicle search with ELCO, after visiting several other dealerships we found ourselves right ELCO was great, especially Rick. Both the sales manager and sales rep quickly helped find the right vehicle and did what I believe was a very good deal. Even the business manager was not only friendly but also very professional. That part was always somewhat of a blood letting but Brad Grellner put us at ease and made the experience much more pleasant for us . So I rated this experience as excellent. Mark Gerecke is a rock star with his product knowledge If many of you are car people you will appreciate a salesman that knows what he’s talking about when you come into the dealership. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and although it wasn't at the dealership, Ryan spent the time l I usually don't look forward to buying a car.
