ELCO Chevrolet was completely unwilling to honor their online price. I spent 2 hours with them this past Saturday, discussed everything verbally and went in on the following Monday to close a deal. When I arrived on Monday, I was informed I didn't qualify for $4500 in rebates which was never disclosed on Saturday. The $1500 trade assist was a complete farce, this is basically a rebate Cort Howard (ELCO GM) can apply if he feels like it because there are no specific terms around this. The $3000 "Chevy" loyalty reward is a scam as well, I was told it only applies to people that own a Chevy (again, this was not disclosed to me the past Saturday). My GMC truck was fine on Saturday but when I showed up Monday to complete the purchase it was all of a sudden not eligible under the Chevy loyalty reward. I understand this is not a decision made at the dealer level but it is still a joke. I have owned Chevy and GMC trucks/SUVs for the past 20 years and I am done at this point. If I am not considered loyal after 20 years then I will never purchase another GM product. I have purchased around 10 vehicles in the last 20 years and this was the most disgusted I have ever been walking out of a dealership, to the point I drove directly to Plaza Motors and started looking at foreign SUVs. Barring someone making an extreme effort to rectify the issue I am done buying GM products. More

They charged me $843!!!! They would not refund one dime of my money. Short term gain, long term loss of a customer. A co-worker went in for an oil change and received this fluid exchange that she never authorized. $500!! They refund half of her money. Are they taking advantage of women? Company used to be owned by Enterprise - new owner, definitely unscrupulous business practices. Very condescending. More

I thought that the tires needed balancing...my shop in my home town discovered the bent wheel. Even noted this on the receipt which I faxed to ELCO. I am basically being called a liar...I claim they knew the wheel was bent and that a potential buyer would never know until after the sale....saving them hundreds of dollars. They are basically saying that I bent the wheel after the sale, because it could not have been certified with a bent wheel....Why don't we consider who has the most to gain by lying. Mr. John Durham is more concerned about profit than customer relations. This dealership should be ashamed of Mr. Durham and his disregard for customers. They have my money...why should they do the right thing. I will do everything in my power to discredit this dealership and send potential customers elsewhere. More
