Jimmy Mack came through again for me for the 5th time in about 15 years. This time a beautiful Ford Explorer I had bought from Jimmy went to the big white parking lot in the sky after being hit by a deer. about 15 years. This time a beautiful Ford Explorer I had bought from Jimmy went to the big white parking lot in the sky after being hit by a deer. After the insurance company totaled the car, one call to Jimmy and he had some nice options in my price range lined up for me to check out on my way home from work the same evening after I called. I took home a great vehicle that night that had a full tank of gas. Jimmy even drove the purchase to my house and I brought home back to Elco so I did not have to try and figure out how I was going to do move cars around the next day. Super knowledgeable about the product, available inventory, and goes the extra mile to make the transaction as easy as possible - that is Jimmy Mac!! Honorable mentions: Sveta Gwin completed all of the sales paperwork super efficiently. Krista Jacobsen is helping me gather the documentation to complete the GAP insurance claim for the totaled Ford Explorer - I would be lost without her! More
