I was introduced me to Pete Copeland, the sales associate. Pete took the time to go over all the bells and whistles on my new CX-5. He was very knowledge and patient in answering all my questions. Chuck Marchetti in finance also was extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining the paperwork I was signing. It is obvious that Dyer Mazda is focused on offering top of the line customer service, and after my experience I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. More

Today I arrived at my scheduled service and was promptly greeted by a very nice gentleman who took down my information and escorted me into the service area. I needed a ride home as I was also having some work done as a result of a recalled part . Within 5 minutes my driver was there . Great service All the service work was done professionally and timely . I also appreciated having my car washed and vacuumed .
