My experience with Dyer & Dyer was very professional from the moment I first spoke with the service manager Sam Escobar. I was having a problem with my Volvo and I didnt have a cule where to begin. Mr Escobar as a service manager exibits the utmost in integritey, professionalism and knowlegde relating to my Volvo experience. His price was better than the dealers I tried to deal with in South Florida. I was concerned about dealing with a dealer from another state but found out it was easier than dealing with a local dealer. My old car was picked up and my new car was delivered to my home as promised. I have traveled to Georgia on vacation and brought my car in for service a couple of times. This gave me a chance to meet Mr. Levy and use Dyer and Dyers service department. Both turned out to be great experiences. I would recommend Dyer and Dyer Volvo and Mr. Levy to anyone in the market for a Volvo. More

Absolutely unprofessional snakes! I was working with Samantha on a vehicle. I called her before leaving my house to come up to the dealership. I live 2.5 hours away and made here aware of that before he Samantha on a vehicle. I called her before leaving my house to come up to the dealership. Once we got to the dealership, we were informed that there was someone else in the middle of purchasing the vehicle we had came to see. Not only did they not give a crap that we drove 2.5 hours to see the car, they wanted to string us along for a little bit with the hopes they could sell us the car if the other person did not purchase. xxxx no! I will never do business with these cons again and I will do my best to spread the word of how they do business there. More
