Disappointed! Very disappointed! I bought a used car from here so my boys and I would have transportation .... two days after I bought the car I noticed it would tr Very disappointed! I have to literally turn the car off in the drive thru to get food! Hasn't been a month and the power steering locks on me... Also I have trouble cranking the car which is probably why the guy kept cranking it for when I test drove it. I spent the little money I had trying to get a car from a place I thought really cared about the customer but i realized I was wrong when the guy who sold me the car wouldn't respond to my messages.... I give two stars because the car "looks nice" More

Exceptional experience, exceptional car! My first Volvo! I had the distinct pleasure of working with Boubacar Sy at Dyer and Dyer Volvo recently. I was in the market for a practical, beautifully designed I had the distinct pleasure of working with Boubacar Sy at Dyer and Dyer Volvo recently. I was in the market for a practical, beautifully designed mid size SUV and did extensive research on my choices. BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Porsche, all of which I have already owned. The XC60 did not disappoint, elegantly appointed, and a beautiful look for under 60k completely loaded. I shopped one of the comps first where I drove the car and asked for the very best deal. That took about 5 minutes and I did not purchase. I called Dyer and Dyer and was given Boubacar Sy, he was warm, friendly and engaging. I drove straight over and he was waiting when I got there and already had several choices for me to look at. I had the pleasure of also working with Denton Gupton and Jarred Sandler, finance and GM. Boubacar was able to locate a car coming in that was exactly what I was looking for and we put a great deal together on it and I went out the next day and drove it home! This is my very first Volvo and I am so impressed with the car itself as well as the dealership. This car was not a must have, more of a “want” to compliment my sedan. I’m so glad I did! Dyer & Dyer was the last option in Atlanta for Volvo and they didn't disappoint. Our Salesman Clark was very helpful and helped us get through the process quickly. He went over all of the features, and ensued we had the basic technologies set up for our first drive home. Although the paperwork gets dragged, and dealing with my bank was a pain, it was a very good experience. Denton was very helpful with the finances and very informative, answering all our questions. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend these guys. More
