Buyers beware, great service you will get until the papers are signed. Follow up attention is abysmal. Going on 3 months waiting on TAG and title to be settled so I can get permanent tag. Best car purchasing experience ever! I live in Canton Mi. (Detroit area) After failed attempts to find the car of my dreams (2024 Volvo XC40 sage green) a friend of mine put me in touch with with Shawn Harris with Dyer & Dyer Volvo in Atlanta. Shawn reached out to me and said he had exactly what I was looking for. I explained how much I could put down and what I wanted my loan amount to be. Within a matter of hours Shawn got back to me with a quote that was darn near spot on what I was asking for. Mind you know one else in Detroit could come close to matching my financial request let alone find the color……we made a deal! I am lucky enough to work for an airline and flew to Atlanta the following night. The next morning Shawn went completely out of his way to pick me up where I was staying. Drove me to his dealership, and signed the final paperwork he had E-Doc me the night before. Before leaving the lot and driving back to Canton Mi., Shawn graciously sat down with me and helped me with the apps I needed to add to my phone to coincide with the car’s technology.
