In March of 2024 I purchased not 1 but 2 cars from Dyer and Dyer, specifically Rob including a BRAND NEW XC90 recharge and a new xc60. I found out TODAY that they never issued the odometer statement and pa and Dyer, specifically Rob including a BRAND NEW XC90 recharge and a new xc60. I found out TODAY that they never issued the odometer statement and payment to Lexus for my trade in. Yes, they took my car, did not follow through with the proper paperwork to complete the payoff, and I just got notice from my credit report that Lexus just gave me a 30 days past due mark! The level of carelessness for a customer who spend $140k in one day is INSANE. I would never recommend them to anyone, as they didn't answer the phone today or return texts to discuss and fix this matter. More

Buyers beware, great service you will get until the papers are signed. Follow up attention is abysmal. Going on 3 months waiting on TAG and title to be settled so I can get permanent tag.
