I just bought my first brand new car: Volvo S60 T6. I was already preapproved for a loan from my bank (for much less than what the car I got was worth) but after to speaking with Victor Traitel, he was able already preapproved for a loan from my bank (for much less than what the car I got was worth) but after to speaking with Victor Traitel, he was able to get me a matching payments on a car worth 3 times my loan. Rob Deraney helped me pick out my car and was so kind and helpful and made my car buying experience completely painless. I did decide to lease instead of buy but so far I am ecstatic about my decision and looking forward to trading my car in for another brand new Volvo in 3 years. I Highly recommend this dealership and their dedication to exceeding client expectations to anyone looking for a new/used car. More

I called Dyer of the ABS/ESC light and the TMS to advise them my car was making a scrubbing sound, and brakes were spongy. I am not sure of the Service Man I spoke to, but he said it would be ok to drive. T them my car was making a scrubbing sound, and brakes were spongy. I am not sure of the Service Man I spoke to, but he said it would be ok to drive. This was a week and a half prior to getting an appointment. Took car in to be repaired, but the part was not on hand. Raymond advised the part to repair my car was not on-hand. He assured me it would be in the next morning so Dyer sent me home in my car. I pulled into traffic to get into the Center Lane at which time my car bogged down in front of oncoming traffic. I was lucky that my car rolled into the center lane. I was so scared. My car started backup so I pulled back into Dyer. Told Raymond about incident and he said to leave my car. I advised, I lived a hour away and did not have a ride home. I asked for a loaner, but Raymond said they didn’t have a loaner car. I said, I have no way to get home. I need a loaner so Raymond finally found a loaner car. My car was ready the next morning upon my arrival. More
