We REALLY don’t like dealing with car dealerships. We decided to give Dyer and Dyer a chance because the car we were looking for is sort of hard to find in our area and they had a used one. We worked with Allen, who gave us the test drive, worked some numbers, and answered our questions. My husband wasn’t sure about selling his truck to buy a plug in hybrid electric car, so we said we’d have to think about it. There was absolutely zero pressure (“What can I do to get you in this car today?”, no dumb questions (“What do you want your monthly payment to be?”) - Allen just handed us his business card and told us to keep in touch. How refreshing! After a couple of days of watching videos entitled things like “Gas price futures” and “Incentives for owning an AFV”, he was convinced that it was time to get rid of the truck, and the car at Dyer was fantastic, so it was an easy sell. We went back and although Allen was enjoying a day off, we were helped by Victor 1 and Victor 2. Victor 1 helped us with the details like financing - not once did he try to cajole us into using their financing - so nice! We had ours all set up and there was no reason to use anyone else’s. The dealership is very nice and comfortable. We chatted with Victor 1 and then Victor 2 took us to sign papers. Victor 1 got out car detailed, fully fueled (!!) AND ensured it was fully charged. Victor 2 showed us the list of optional coverages, which we declined. He never pressured us but wanted to show us our options, which we appreciated. In no time flat, our papers were signed and we were on our way. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. Friendly staff, no pressure, no nonsense. You have a car, I want a car, let’s sign some papers. Big big thanks to Dyer and Dyer for making car buying a - dare I say - pleasure?! More

I walked into the dealership wanting to test drive a used vehicle and since I did not want to deal with the hassle of shrewd negotiations buying a vehicle was not on my agenda for the day. After the test drive the salesman asked what i thought and if i would like to see some numbers. As purchasing a car was on my list of things to do in the near future i did want to see some numbers. Upon looking at the numbers i gasped but this was prior to them running my credit. At this point The salesman noted that the number would be different if they ran my credit. I filled out a credit application and almost immediately i saw a drastic change and with one last effort I told them what i was thinking and they agreed. The sales process with what i was willing to pay only took about 20 mins and i walked out with a new-ish vehicle. This is where things get interesting. When test driving and looking over the vehicle i did not notice some obvious issues. To be fair this was a used car. Once i got home and started looking over the vehicle i did pick up on some concerns. At this point i went back to the dealership and talked to Roman Byceck, the Pre-Owned Director. I showed him the concerns and without any hesitation he said he would make it right, and did make it right. I bought the car as a happy customer but own the car as a super happy customer. Dyer & Dyer is one of the few dealerships that truly valued my business and went above and beyond to make things right with me. More
