She came to the customer waiting area several times to keep me informed as to even IF they COULD find a time to work on my truck. I can not brag on the service department of Duval Ford enough. My wife’s car needed a part replaced. But the part got back ordered so they were not able to get that part of the repair done when I brought enough. My wife’s car needed a part replaced. So she would have had to take off work to bring the car back by. Well they offered to come get the car from my house. Take it back to the dealership. Make the repairs and then bring it back to the house for her. They made the repair process effortless for her. I couldn’t be more happy with their service. I highly recommend them for all of your service needs. More

I've been to your dealership a few times for service. Your service department, including the greeters, technicians and Allison are amazing. This morning, I had a not so pleasant interaction with Mr. Me Your service department, including the greeters, technicians and Allison are amazing. This morning, I had a not so pleasant interaction with Mr. Mejia. I was making an inquiry as to the FCTP program and Mr. Mejia provided inaccurate information and was rude. During our interaction he rolled his eyes, stated inaccuracies and turned away as I was speaking with him. As an auto enthusiast, I'm always checking out or purchasing new vehicles. Based on my interaction with Mr. Mejia, I wouldn't consider a sales transaction with Duval Ford. My opinion is that all customers should be treated with respect and provided with service excellence, unless the customer is ridiculous. He clearly thinks customers need him, more than he does them.
