I am a very dissatisfied customer , My husband brought me in a year ago and he purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion it was my first new car ever, I loved the car until the first problem with the A/ C broke down on a in a year ago and he purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion it was my first new car ever, I loved the car until the first problem with the A/ C broke down on a road trip and left us at a dealership for 4 hours it put us behind on our trip. I have since had the car back in for repairs 4 more times. I feel i bought a lemon and it really made me not want the car anymore, if i had wanted to stay at a dealership getting repairs i would have bought some one elses headache. I was told that they could help me get into a new car and even got to drive the one they was talking about, I left the dealership without one and now i am stuck with the lemon . I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I asked to speak with Dan Hodges and the owner of the dealership and i got no where at all. More
In may if found a car online and came to duval ford. Joe singleton and I approached the car and the back left tire was totally flat. He said it's because of sitting for a long time. I bought the car, and a week later the dashboard hazard light came on. I took a picture and texted to his cell phone. I didn't hear back. So weekly, I put air in the tire. The light goes off for a few days, and comes back on. For the first oil change, I brought the car to duval ford. The service manager put the tire in water and found no holes. so that flat tire is still needing air every week and the light is still on. At this point, the light stays on. Approximately a month ago, I called the service manager and left a message about the tire and the light, and he didn't call me back of course. All while I'm wondering what is wrong with the tire. If there is no hole, then why is the hazard light on? This week, I called Joe, and told him. He did remember the tire being flat. I told him I was still having trouble with that tire, and he said he wasn't at work yet. Of course, I didn't hear back from him. This is disappointing since I left him a great review in May. At this point, I still don't know if I need a new tire, or maybe it's electrical. duval ford could at least assess the issue that started before I bought the car. and the customer has communicated 4 times with Duval ford. This tire issue must be too complicated. Very disappointing. The hazard light is still on, but yet the service center found no holes. More
Fusion Hybrid - safety recall. I was called to schedule the appointment. I asked about the shuttle service (three times) and scheduled the appointment for 7am, with the expectation I would have shuttle se the appointment. When I got there, I learned that shuttle service doesn't start until 7:30. I expressed my frustration with Chris (who was handling me car). A few minutes later, he came and told me Dylan, a service technician, would take me to work. Dylan did that, was polite and pleasant. Chris handled the recall and identified an additional recall service that needed to take place. He did that as well. All in all, my car was ready when I returned after work - very friendly customer service by Chris and Dylan. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you! More

Today I called three different Ford dealerships according to distance from my home to get some service for my truck. After telling each my problem, I was quoted a different price all over $50! When I called Duval Ford, they told me there would be NO CHARGE for this service and set me an appointment that day. :) When I arrived, immediately after entering the service department I was greeted by Cliff Oliveria! I told him about my appointment and why I was there. He told me it would be about 20 minutes and showed me where I could wait. Well, in 20 minutes my truck was done. He showed me everything I needed to know, no charge. I plan to do all my business with Duval Ford, even if it means driving further!! It is nice to see a company that still believes in old fashion values! Thank you Cliff for making this experience EASY for me! :) More
I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service and had the pleasure of having Sheila as my service advisor. Not only was she welcoming and friendly, I trusted her knowledge of the service I received. My vehicle took a while as my service was extensive and Sheila continued to keep me posted on progress and made me feel very comfortable. I will continue to use Duval Ford for necessary service, and hope to continue to have Sheila as my service advisor! She is a real asset to your company!!! More
We originally came to Duval Ford for service to our Ford Taurus Crossover. The service department was excellent. Justin was the person we dealt with, and he went over and beyond our expectations. Our experience with him was excellent also. He stayed with us until 11:30 p.m. getting the paperwork done, explaining all the features of our new car and also setting up the sync and our cell phones. The finance dept. also stayed until we left. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would travel the 5 1/2 hours back to Jacksonville to purchase our next vehicle. We own 6 Ford trucks now besides the car we just purchase. When it comes time to replace one of the trucks, we will definitely come back to Duval Ford. Great job and outstanding customer service!!
