I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectations during your recent service visit. We realize that our customer's time is valuable and we try to have systems that help the customer save time. Sometimes we fall short. We have reviewed our online appointment procedures to make sure that all the information that is listed online is relayed to the service lane. This should quicken the check in process and avoid some of the information duplication. I have asked Ed Roberts, our Service Director to contact you to answer any questions you may have concerning our estimate on repairs of your 4x4. Our goal is always to give nothing but the best in customer service and make all of our customers 100% satisfied with our work. In most cases we are able to achieve that goal.
