We originally came to Duval Ford for service to our Ford Taurus Crossover. The service department was excellent. Justin was the person we dealt with, and he went over and beyond our expectations. Our experience with him was excellent also. He stayed with us until 11:30 p.m. getting the paperwork done, explaining all the features of our new car and also setting up the sync and our cell phones. The finance dept. also stayed until we left. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would travel the 5 1/2 hours back to Jacksonville to purchase our next vehicle. We own 6 Ford trucks now besides the car we just purchase. When it comes time to replace one of the trucks, we will definitely come back to Duval Ford. Great job and outstanding customer service!! They are very friendly and very helpful. My vehicle was slightly damaged when I ran over a traffic cone and they put it back together along with my service at no additional charge. First off you have this form online to schedule an appt. and to explain why you need service. I fill all this out thinking this would be great if they actually use the form... they didn't. I get to the dealership and they have no idea why I am there. I have to give all of my information all over again. I leave my truck there for several hours to have them find out what is wrong with my four wheel drive. They call me and give me an estimate of $3500 to fix my truck. I was flabbergasted beyond belief... I said pack it up I am taking it home. I found a mechanic on lane Ave that specializes in four wheel drive repairs. Cost to fix my truck $650. Dude stay away from this dealer unless you are ready to put a.nice down payment on a new f250 king ranch for the Service manager! More

I scheduled this visit for a busted door handle and added in an oil change. The service I was given was fast and friendly and the employee I dealt with was efficient and knowledgeable about the service I req in an oil change. I was also extremely surprized that the dealership didn't try to hard sell me on other services. They gave a brief recommendation on a service I may in on my next visit and left it at that. I have delt with Duval Ford for over 15 years. My husband and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford and I have purchased both new and used from the dealership. We have also have used the service department. We just purchased our 3rd car, a 2012 Ford Escape. I am as pleased with this as I was and still am with our 2001 Ford F150.
