No help what so ever. We were stranded in Jacksonville when our ford f150 died. We had it towed to the dealership thinking they would be able to fix it. Boy were we wrong. We were stranded in Jacksonville when our ford f150 died. We had it towed to the dealership thinking they would be able to fix it. Boy were we wrong. After 4 days and $2000 in expenses they still had not fixed the problem. They replaced the distributor rotor and charged us $328 and it was not the problem. My husband tried to tell them it was the computer but no one would listen. Needless to say, we ended up renting a uhaul and trailer and towed it all the way back to Ohio at 50mph. My husband replaced the computer and it now runs great. More

I decided to drop my vehicle off the night before, so I wouldn't miss any work. When I checked in with Sheila, she stated that if I wanted to, they could change my oil right then! That was perfect...my husband & I looked at the new 2017 Escapes with our salesman, Malcolm Daigle (my lease is up in 10 months) and when we came back to service, my vehicle was ready to go. Great customer service!! More
