Rip off city inconsiderate crooks This place totally screwed us telling us we needed 1200 dollars worth of repairs, causing us to stay overnight in a hotel all the while delaying us fo This place totally screwed us telling us we needed 1200 dollars worth of repairs, causing us to stay overnight in a hotel all the while delaying us for a very important appointment. They were also supposed to pick us up the next morning but kept delaying, having a new excuse every time we called. We finally had enough and took an uber ride over to the dealership. When we arrived. We insisted we absolutely had to be on the road. So she made a call to service and with in minutes our car arrived around front. We live in north carolina and were passing through. These people clearly tried to rip us off and had no concern for our schedule. I would not trust or recommend them to any one ever More

Car had noise issues day after oil change David wasn't in so Rudy took care of me first. He was great. David finished my job and he's excellent as usual. The thing that stinks and disappointed e was no loaner car for emergency customers. U need a bigger loaner car lot for people with emergency care issues. I understand each advisor has 2 cars to give to their scheduled appointments but what about emergency are issues. Duval needs to work on that. My other dealership had alot of rental cars. Ty More
