My First Oil Change Experience I called and made an appointment for my first oil change for a Sat at morn. When I arrived there were several cars already ahead of me and others com I called and made an appointment for my first oil change for a Sat at morn. When I arrived there were several cars already ahead of me and others coming in right after me. I was NEVER ignored in spite of the number of customers. '' You can pull all the way up" or '' Who did you have an app with?" or "someone will be right with you " It was so nice to be acknowledged and within a few minutes of my arrival I was directed to the nice lounge to wait where I figured I would be spending the next couple of hours at least. I was pleasantly surprise when a mere 20 mins later I was called to the front to come pick up my car (after being offered a complimentary car wash). I tried to hand over my service coupon but was told my 1st oil change was free! Acknowledged, services in a short amount of time, treated with respect and free!! An absolute wonderful experience. I no longer dread the next time, Thank you !! More

Also when ford Motor Co. communications hinders him when he cant exactly predict when they will be available to proceed on warranty service which I think puts him in a bad position when he hears all the grief from the customer. What a great team of service professionals. Every person I had contact with was professional in his or her job. I was treated as if I was their only concern.
