Fantastic Service, and done WELL. As a longtime Ford customer, I've been having a lot of trouble with my 2015 Focus. Duval Ford gladly took my car in from a tow without any appointment and Brad called me immediately for more information and after a few days they did all of the needed work under warranty even though my car just hit over the warranty mileage! I've never been more impressed with the professionalism and the care that the service advisors showed me. I can't remember the name of the advisor that helped me the day I came to pick up my car but she was also fantastic. They made me feel at home and at ease about the situation. I will be coming back to Duval for any future services or purchases I make. SO impressed! More

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and waited for it to be completed as the wait time was not too long. Upon returning at the estimated time he shared about the reason for the delay and had someone working on it. While waiting Lauren Vining worked with me on preparing for an upcoming rental car. She did a great job preparing the paperwork and details for me. While she was working, I had the opportunity to talk with Michael Taylor who was very courteous and engaging. My experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The salesman wasn’t pushy like I found it other car dealerships he asked you what options I wanted and showed me only that. When I came in to the service department McKenzie and my salesman Alden met me gave me a brand new loaner truck because I use my truck for work and couldn’t use an SUV. I’ve never been to a car dealership or dealt with the service department that cared so much about their customers and making their customers happy. Upon my arrival to the dealership, he reviewed what had been done by the other dealer. He called me right after the initial evaluation by their tech, and kept me updated along the way. The service was completed with the utmost attention to detail, I was treated extremely well, and my truck was returned to me nicely washed.
