Duval Ford - Service Center

Chris was great with getting everything we needed . We had to bring our new truck in for a check engine light . Was told it was an evap leak that was fixed and the right passenger door would not ope We had to bring our new truck in for a check engine light . Was told it was an evap leak that was fixed and the right passenger door would not open. Dealer we bought it from literally 20 minutes after we left the check engine light came back on. Long story short we brought to the ford Dealership on Cassatt and we LOVE the service we have a fusion we take here for regular services. SO of course Chris was able to get everything taken care of and back to me by Friday for my Husband to get home and have his new truck back . Well a few days later the same thing check engine light again. Called Chris and he said oh man get it to be as soon as you can and I will get them to figure out what is going on ASAP. and of course it was figured out had a charcoal leak and everything was done and fixed and had been driving like a champ ever since. Thank you Chris for your help with everything ! We truly appreciate it . More

Great service Took my 1996 Bronco in due to it dying while driving. Jason eliminated potential issues and narrowed it down to a bad stator and ignition module. Fantastic Service Brought truck in for hard shifting, they looked it up and there was a TSB for it. Tech did what he does and the truck has never shifted better.
