Our RV problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly! We had fears it would sit for weeks before we got it back,but we were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time. Our Service Advisor, Mark Rogers, had fears it would sit for weeks before we got it back,but we were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time. Our Service Advisor, Mark Rogers, was very attentive to our questions and issues and made sure he understood what needed to be corrected. David Perera is the best service advisor I have had the pleasure of meeting at Duval Ford. He informed me of everything up front, and did what he said he would do. As I have never encountered a "perfect" visit to anywhere, I will give Duval Ford the next best thing. No One is without fault, but this dealership has gone out of their way to be as close to perfe anywhere, I will give Duval Ford the next best thing.
