The management team lacks the proper courtesy that is called for in this line of work, the skill level of their technicians is pathetic and a supremely lame representation of GMC. They do not take any necessary precautions when they are performing services. This place likes to follow the tradition of assuming situations instead of assuring situations. They then like to stick you with a fat bill due to their lack of mechanical skills and abilities. Very horrible experience with these service department and even worse is their entire management team that lacks the respect for customer satisfaction. Good luck trying to resolve your issues with them because, they will never show their face to resolve any issues. My experience was a combination of Freddy Kugger Michael Myers and Jason all mixed into a cocktail and served with no ice and not shaken or stirred. Go else where for proper GMC service. More

They got a message that the manager Travis sold the car out from under him. No call to respect that they were there first and to let them continue the process, no courtesy and blatant disrespect. I gave Travis the chance to make this right, to earn my parents business back and he promised me he would first thing this morning. I explained to him that I would share the honest experience of what they went through as Dutton cares clearly not for all customers equally as the car went to a customer who was doing a lease return. Instead of keeping 2 clients, the lease return and my parents, they only kept 1. They lied to my parents, they lied to me about making it right and truthfully I am glad that they did not because they don't deserve our business in the first place paying half cash for the vehicle. It is wrong, Travis admitted it was wrong but you have done nothing to make it right. More
No loaners for non-warrantee customers I have been taking my 2003 model DenaliXL to Dutton since I bought it in '03. Regular maintenance and general repairs. All work done on my vehicle ha I have been taking my 2003 model DenaliXL to Dutton since I bought it in '03. Regular maintenance and general repairs. All work done on my vehicle has been at Dutton. After spending thousands of dollars over the years at Dutton you would think they would provide a loaner for overnight or longer repairs when my insurance doesn't apply especially when it is for a RETURN service on an expensive repair for something that was fixed and broke again. I asked for a loaner one week in advance and was told that loaners are for warrantee customers! Since when are they more important than regular paying customers? Why should i rent a car because i have to take mine BACK for the same thing? Plus RENT a car to take my student to school and another to work? This isn't the first time I have been inconvenienced but it will be the last. I will get a printout and take my vehicle someplace else after 14 years. My Denali was a top of the line and runs great because we have kept it serviced and repaired. More

What,good are codes Engine light came on so I took it in for diagnosis. The same day I received my diagnostic report from on star. Dealer diagnosed a corroded battery po Engine light came on so I took it in for diagnosis. The same day I received my diagnostic report from on star. Dealer diagnosed a corroded battery post and cable. Of course that wasn't the problem. First time I start the truck up after picking it up the light is back on. On star had already diagnosed it to be an emissions system issue. I then contact On star and they remotely run the diagnostics and confirm what they reported on November 29th that there is a problem with the exhaust emissions system. Took truck back in and they resolved the issue courteously and professionally. The battery and cable were severely corroded and needed to be replaced. Just frustrated that it took two visits. More

My technician failed to follow the express written directions provided with the official OEM GMC splash My service representative Sanjae was amazing. My technician failed to follow the express written directions provided with the official OEM GMC splash guards. On the driver side (because I watched the install) he did not provide the minimum 60 seconds of hand pressure after removing the red film that exposed the adhesive to allow for the proper adhesion between the splash guard and the fender. He also completely disregarded and failed to install 2 self tapping screws on both rear splash guards. This is both alarming and disappointing...! What other express written directions are being blatantly disregarded...??? More
