Exceptionally professional! I recently came in for my scheduled oil change service. The service consultant noted that my front end alignment needed adjustment and included that i I recently came in for my scheduled oil change service. The service consultant noted that my front end alignment needed adjustment and included that in my work order, then gave me an estimate of 2 hours. The work was completed in 90 minutes, including the exterior car wash. All the employees I spoke to (sales reps, service consultants and cashiers) were efficient, friendly and professional. Twenty minutes later, in a shopping mall parking lot, I experienced a problem where my car doors did not open in response to my key fob, or even the open signal from On*Star. I called service and they said they would send someone out to help me. But before they could get there I was able to get the doors open. I called them back, but they asked me to bring the car back anyway. They determined there was a bulletin indicating this could be a problem with my vehicle, and because they didn’t have the replacement parts on hand, they provided me with a free loaner car for the weekend, as they didn’t want to take the chance I’d get locked out again. I really consider this exceptional service and I feel like Dutton is working in my best interest! More
