I just bought a new vehicle from Brian Purser. I could not possibly be any more pleased with his service than I am. I was very skeptical about buying a new car. Brian was very patient with me and very empathetic to my current situation. What I was most impressed with was his honesty and integrity. Even though my credit isn't the best in the world, Brian treated me like you would treat someone who had $50,000 in their pocket and could pay cash for any car on the lot. Other dealerships I have been to have not done this. I am going to send as many people as I can to him. I have shopped many dealers and I have come to dread car shopping. I would rather have dental surgery without anesthesia than go car shopping or take my car to a dealership to be fixed. But after my experience with Jerry and Folger Kia that has changed. My wife bought her first car ever and though being nervous and unsure we were treated with respect and empathy. At one point, Jerry said to my wife "I know this is a big decision. Please take sometime to think about it and we can talk it over tomorrow. " At that point I was sold. A dealership that puts their customers above their sales numbers. I can never truly express how greatful I am to Jerry and Folger Kia my thanks for the giant smile they put on our faces. They have made a customer for life and I will recommend theto everyone. Last I have to mention that even meeting with the financial officer( I cannot remember her name though I should) was a wonderful and fun experience.
