Good Buying Experience My wife and I were interested in a Honda Odyssey so I contacted Hokie Honda although I had never purchased anything from them before. Mike was very re My wife and I were interested in a Honda Odyssey so I contacted Hokie Honda although I had never purchased anything from them before. Mike was very responsive to all of my inquiries and up front with Hokie Honda's process. He addressed any and all questions that we had and even came in on his day off to sign the paperwork. Mike worked with us to give us the best possible trade in value which showed their willingness to help out their customers. We also greatly appreciated the fact that the numbers did not change during the paperwork process as it often does when buying cars at other dealerships. They were up front and clear about what the vehicle would cost. Our van did have a very rare issue with the window not functioning properly we noticed when driving off the lot. Mike let service know and the next day I was back to so they could address the problem. We wrestled with taking advantage of their three day money back guarantee but ultimately decided to have it fixed. We did have some issues with service handling the problem correctly and promptly as I had to take the van back several times to get the window properly fixed although in the end they made everything right. If we did not have the service issues this review would have been 5 stars. More

Excellence in all I called on a 2004 Porshe Boxter that they had listed online. The sales person I talked to was great. She gave me all of the information I needed and called me back with the information she needed to look up. I then called back a week and a half later and they gave me Bud to talk to. We set up a meeting to see and drive the car. I drove up from Winston Salem, loved the car asked them to hold it for me till Tuesday(I had to get approval from my wife to buy it of course). I then returned on Tuesday and purchased the car. Everyone I talked to was great. I ev en got to talk to the owner of the dealership who is even a more avid car enthusist than I am.
